Parcel delivered to local store Friday I went to collect Saturday to be told pick up code incorrect ie not long enough. Calls to dhl began Saturday to be told they would contact supplier that advised pick up code and supplier could store to arrange pick up with proof of identity!!! Now a week later parcel still not collected, submitted complaint to dhl by email, phone and facebook but the DHL are as useful as a chocolate fire guard. Resigned myself to fact parcel will be returned to m&s and card will be credited. Will never order anything if I know DHL are carrier
