Not sure where to start, but let me give it try: 1. Delay: they delayed my shipping for over a week for no obvious reason (haven't received anything at the time of writing). 2. Address finding: They failed to locate my address in a central resi street in Zone 1, Central London. The reason, they said, is that it doesn't come up on Google maps (guys, are you sure you are postmen?). Just for the record, I never had any problems with any delivery before. 3. Lying: I asked them to ring my mobile phone, to which they agreed, in case my buzzer didn't work. They never called me; however the customer serviced insisted that they had called me. 4. Awful Customer services: half hour in the waiting line (at least). I had to call them 5 times in one week - you do the math. 5. Non-existent formal complaint process. I asked to be transferred to a manager in order to escalate my complaints. I was on hold for another 20 minutes then something funny happened: the adviser (Selina her first name) asked me and made sure I didn't remember her details and simply hung up. On. My. Face.
