I got a notification last Friday saying they parcel could not be delivered on that day. But then this Tuesday, I got another message saying it was delivered last Friday but I never received the parcel. I reached out to helpline multiple times and they promised it would be delivered on the day but it never did. I just don't understand how they could just lie to their customer. I will avoid placing any order if it is delivered by DHL.
