Not only did DHL lie to me several days in a row when calling the international Service number over the last couple of days in regards to an international shipment from one business to another, by promising that they "...for sure will deliver today..." but that did not happen and no communication from their end either and then the DHL Service center in Smyrna, GA has the nerve to update the delivery status to "delivered" which is incorrect since I drove three hours to and from the distribution center and was at least able to pick up the package myself, so no, it did not get "delivered", it was "picked up by receiver" since the status on their tracking website was alternating between "out for delivery" and "on hold" from December 15th through December 23rd 2021.
I guess DHL stands for "delivery handled lousyly".
I understand being understuffed and backlogged but I have a problem when a company or their representatives blatantly lie to their customers.
