Awful customer service (or rather non existent as no one ever replies). My delivery is delayed nearly a month! and this is following a text message from DHL that it is on its way and will be delivered asap (that was over 2 weeks ago). Just to note - it is a delivery within one city.
All one can do is write angry messages to a robot/automated customer service...
very very poor!
