Worst customer service I've ever had. An arrangement was made by another company for DHL to pick up a package from me in exchange for another one. On the first day, DHL claimed I was not in when I was, and never came close to my door. On the second day, DHL then waited until 4pm to tell me without apology that it has been rearranged to the next day. I then wait inside the entire day for the third time for DHL to give me a delivery window, and then never turn up without even a text or email to say so. I now have to stay at home all day for the 4th time in the hope that they will magically get their act together and actually arrive at my door. If you have any choice, I would avoid this company in every way possible.
