This is a company with a horrible service. They lost my package at the end of December 2021. I filed for claim in January 2022 and until now March 2022, they have not yet given me a firm answer as to where my package is or whether they are going to cover the cost of missing product since I paid for the insurance for lost items. I called the customer service people on different occasions but to no avail. These are the most unhelpful and unfriendly set of people I have ever talked to. Be professional, DHL!
