Email in the morning, your parcel will be delivered today. Never arrives. Next day same thing, email saying will arrive today, never arrives. You'd think if they failed an urgent delivery one day they'd give it a higher priority the next wouldn't you. Nope. This cycle can go on for days. If it's urgent or important don't use DHL
