The delivery man has obviously dopped the box...which was labeled FRAGILE btw. Items inside were all broken. He didn't even have the guts to leave it to my door (because, of course, it was a box filled with shattered items and you could tell by the sound of it.) The parcel was also unsealed. The worst delivery experience ever. That's why we ordered these fragile items online in the first place - because they were too heavy to carry without breaking them. Well...
