I received an email that my package would be delivered by the end of the day. 2 hour later I received new email saying I wasn't home during the delivery... I have been home all day waiting that package to arrive and I didn't get any kind of notice, phone call, text message, knock on the door, anything to telling me they were behind my door!
Because of that I had to reschedule delivery time and cancel all of my plans for that day.
