We are a UK based company in the UK importing pallets from Europe. Supplier arranged shipment with DHL. There is no contact number to discuss with anyone in the UK, only an email enquiry form.
It is impossible to talk to a human being in the UK. Road is closed-change to a nearby delivery point, but impossible to communicate this.
We have been waiting weeks for the delivery too.
Use a small business next time, where they talk to you and they value your business. Sheer contempt from DHL.
