Will not be using them again. Booked a parcel for collection the next day. The confirmation email said I would receive a time window on the morning of collection but received nothing. Waited all day but no collection attempted. Managed to speak to someone after 6 pm but was on hold ages who said collection was attempted at 4.29 pm. No, it wasn't. We are a firm of Solicitors and no-one tried to collect. Said someone would come the next day which they eventually did but could not guarantee the parcel would arrive by 1pm Monday so had to arrange alternative means of delivery. Delivery man also said that he was the usual collection person for this area and had clocked off at 3.30 pm. Very poor service.
