I had always had a good and fast service, Untill DHL lost 1 of
3 boxes valued $2436.00 and no customer service, or email
or any way of tracking, not only they lost the box, they lost
their tracking info and any information on the package.
Very convenient on their side.
Now they also lost a good customer.
