I'd give DHL zero if I could. The most pathetic excuse for a courier I've ever come across. Had a package shipped from Germany to Australia. A very small item - cost AU$65. After six weeks of non-arrival and tracking saying its location was 'unknown' DHL's woeful excuse for customer service played pass-the-parcel between this country and that country. It finally arrived after nearly 8 weeks. What a joke.
