I was to receive packages from DHL 3 times, every package was lost. The last package I was suppose to receive from them, I paid for express shipping. Apparently that means “lose the package faster”. It was lost immediately after the package was received by them. It never even made it out of the distribution center it was received at! No customer service. Nothing. I am no longer purchasing any more products from companies that use DHL. I’ll pay more to make sure I actually receive my items.
