Do not send anything from Germany to Spain. My mother sent 2 parcels, both were returned (paying extra) to Germany, while I never received a notification that the parcels had arrived in Spain in order to pick them up.
Calling the customers service, they just told me that they do not leave a note in the mailboxes anymore (!). But when sending the parcel, my mother (84 years old) was NOT asked to supply my phonenumber, so they could send an SMS.
For me, this is fraude.
