Totally untrustworthy. We’re a small farm looking to expand our beef sales. The last two deliveries have been ‘lost’ in the system.
The latest one was due to be collected on Wednesday; the wrong parcel was collected. On Thursday the beef was collected and due to be delivered on Friday. Now, on Saturday, still hasn’t arrived so it will be unsafe now and no one is in the office to trace it. I’ll never, never use DHL again.
