Sent a package for elderly parents in Philippines. They never got it because DHL held it for all kinds of ridiculous reasons that didn’t make sense (I later talked to a top supervisor who admitted those reasons were not supposed t have stopped them from delivering, but she did come up with a new one). They abandoned it at a warehouse without my knowledge and only told me a few days before it had reached its holding time limit and now I had to give them hundreds of dollars back and personal documents (that would take days to weeks to acquire) to maybe get it back or maybe never in a few weeks. How does that make sense when it was all their doing/errors that caused this? They always point back to the customer saying its their fault. Even if you reach out to them, they won’t help you in any profitable way. I sent that package to help my parents physically and one parent ended up in the ER and might have been prevented if she had had what she needed. DHL is evil. Don’t use. I lost almost a thousand dollars with shipping, contents, and international phone fees dealing with them for 3 months and they didn’t give back one penny. It is a evil organization.
