DHL issues:
1. Website tracking does not update the customer with any useful information.
2. Drivers have no idea what they're doing, unable to find an obvious address, no calls, no notifications of failed deliveries.
3. 6/7 customer service staff I spoke to regarding this issue showed me a shocking display of rude attitude and poor customer service.
4. Delivery depots do not respond to DHL headquarters for up to 48hrs at a time, not acceptable.
5. No available reps to speak to if you're parcel has been assigned delivery as the automated system tells you the ETA and kicks you off the call.
I have now lost multiple customers and over £1750 in sales due to this series of errors by DHL and to make it worse I have received 2 bad reviews as rightfully they were left waiting for a week and received no goods, these 2 recent bad reviews will no doubt turn away a large portion of future business. Absolutely shocking service received from DHL.
0 stars, neither I or any of my staff will be using DHL in future. I have also made every single one of my affiliates aware of the situation by email and encouraged them to do the same.
