Terrible service. When I order from a company I will be asking whom they use for delivery and if DHL I won't order. Grandaughters 3rd birthday spoilt. Ordered presents 9 days before her birthday they should of been delivered 4th May to a local shop pick up, didn't arrive until the day of her birthday 7th may I got the email to say they had been delivered there when we was out on her birthday picnic with no presents for her. I ordered a new child car seat 12th May had the same experience again delivery was cancelled 3 times before I rang them to find out why, the excuse being the driver ran out of time. Eventually delivered and the driver just left it at our gates and drove off. Didn't attempt to bring up the drive.
