No point giving them any directions or a three word location because they'll take notice of them. They don't care that you take the day off to receive your delivery. There is no customer service, emails just get ignored. In my case they leave my stuff on the floor out in the open on someones doorstep that I don't even talk to. I now won't buy anything off companies that use them. Terrible service, terrible company, completely useless.
