I changed the delivery address to local collection point. My parcel was delivered there and shortly after that, I recieved an email and msg that my parcel is ready for collection. When I went to pick up my items, I brought an ID and proof of address, like they ask me but they refused to give me my parcel because I didn't have code. There was no instruction how to get that code on the email, nothing. I spent hours trying to contact customer service. Nightmare.
