I have bought 2 items recently that DHL have bought to my house and they have refused to give them to me.
I have a long driveway with gates at the end and an intercom. The DHL driver wont hand me the package, claiming that the law requires him to take a picture of the package in front of my open front door. I have refused to allow him to do this and asked him to hand me the package. Both times they have refused and so taken the package away again. What is wrong with this company?
