I posted my parcel by declaring that it contains laptops and batteries, but their agent didn't tell me that batteries are not allowed. My package was held at Heathrow for more than 3 days, no one bothered to contact me. I contact them and they said we cannot deliver because It contains batteries. I asked you guys should told me at the time of postage. Then I asked deliver my parcel back to my address or your shop from where I posted. And they said, we cannot send. Now, they are asking me to collect my parcel by traveling 3 hours, again wasting my money and time which is more important for every one. Very unprofessional service. I will never use this rubbish service again.
