Each time i have to deal with DHL it is a complete cockup. As a recipient of parcels and in my business function for a big company. Yesterday once again they returned the parcel to the depot and claimed they were there 2 times. LIE. Someone was sitting there the whole day waiting.What a waste of a whole day.Today they cant find the parcel and it wont be delivered again.
MY ADVISE: Stay clear of DHL as a business and as a customer. Do not order from businesses using DHL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
