DHL SCAM - CONNING CUSTOMS PAPERWORK AND MAKING UP FALSE ITEMS TO SCAM THE PUBLIC !!! Please refer to the latest DHL paperwork sent from DHL Sri Lanka, 5 August 2022, for the 7 Airway bills Customs Documents ALL fraudulent scamming con. Lies… dishonesties, #DHLSCAM The following items were all made up by the scammers at DHL Sri Lanka to rob a further $1500.00, and false Customs Paperwork to scam the second hit of dollars. 1. Refer to page 1 – “Contents” – I never sent RS 76, 508.00 of biscuits – DHL fraud = $304.70 in aus dollars 2. Refer to page 2 - “Contents” – I never sent RS 105, 150.00 of coffee – DHL fraud = $ 418.77 in aus dollars 3. Refer to page 3 - “Contents” – I never sent RS 122, 875. 00 of chocolates – DHL fraud = $ 489.36 in aus dollars 4. Refer to page 4 - “Contents” - – I never sent RS 87.716.00 of chocolates – DHL fraud = $ 349.33 in aus dollars 5. Refer to page 5 - “Contents” - – I never sent RS 78.958.00 of chocolates – DHL fraud = $ 314.45 in aus dollars 6. Refer to page 6 - “Contents” - – I never sent RS 95.408.00 of soup – DHL fraud = $ 379.97 in aus dollars 7. Refer to page 7 - “Contents” - – I never sent RS 47.543.00 of chocolates – DHL fraud = $ 189.50 in aus dollars TOTAL RS 368.180.00 - Total as per DHL $2446.08 ?? • The total food bill was $925.00, this was the food charity donation sent, as attached are the shopping bills as proof • As per DHL 7 invoices dated 5 August 2022 = Value of food Total as per DHL $2446.08 ?? The customer paid $1725.00 at DHL Express Mount Waverley on 27 June 2022. These jokers wanted more money, the second scam in Sri Lanka, made up of false misleading paperwork. This Is one of the biggest company scams going all over the world !!!! DHL IS DOING THIS TO ALL ITS CUSTOMERS! DHL BREACHES: Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – Act 2010 A. Section 18 of the Australian Consumer Law, (schedule 2) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, prohibits conduct by corporations in trade or commerce which is misleading or deceptive or is likely to mislead or deceive. B. Section 23 of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) now prohibits unfair contract terms in most of these contracts. C. Section 29 of the ACL sets out the types of claims or statements that may be false or misleading. D. The ACL Section 18(1) provides that “A person must not, in trade or commerce, engage in conduct that is misleading or deceptive or is likely to mislead or deceive.” E. Under Section 56 of the ACL when a person buys goods based on how they're described – without seeing what they're buying – the goods need to correspond with that description. F. Services must be rendered with due care and skill (s 60) fit for any purpose made known by the consumer (s 61) supplied within a reasonable time (unless otherwise agreed) (s 62) 1. $1800.00 – DHL Melbourne bill - THE FIRST SCAM 2. $925.00 – food bills ( the goods that were sent as food items for family), 3. $1500.00 – DHL Sri Lanka bill - THE SECOND SCAM $ 4225.00 – Total spend "The fish rots from the head,” means that when you remove the leader, the group, employees, or followers don’t know what to do and disband. Without the leadership guiding the rest of the associates, the organization has no direction or drive".
