Customer service won't talk to you until after 6pm on day of delivery when the item has failed to arrive, this went on for 3 days.
Drive "could not find address" house is over 200 years old - has been on the main road for a long time.
Would not ask driver to call me so I could give him directions. Did not save notes for other team members. Awful service
