Absolutely useless service. They add extra warehouse charges in India in addition to whatever you pay when you send the parcel. Even though you call them for 10 days asking them the status they will make you bear the cost. They inform you this only at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, you are at their mercy and land up having to pay.
Useless customer service agents who only apologise and provide no information.
