What complete morons! And I am being polite... I have been waiting 10 days for a simple letter to be delivered. I have requested redelivery umpteen times and for the letter to be folded through the letterbox. Nope, can't do it! I've taken an unpaid day off work today-wasted holiday, in response to a phone message from Rakesh at HR/ Complaints stating that it would be delivered today-it's not even out for delivery! I can't reschedule it because DHL have tried redelivering it so many times on days that I didn't request, that I have no other options to redeliver. So instead I just wasted over 1/2 hour on the live chat to be told it's not going to be redelivered today! A whole day of my holiday time stuck inside because DHL told me to because they can't follow a simple instruction to fold a letter. It's a delivery company-how hard is it to deliver??! When I asked to complain, Louise told me my complaint was being dealt with by Rakesh-clearly not, because he gave me the wrong information and I still don't have the letter! I will be seeking compensation DHL you useless 'delivery' company.
