I arranged and paid for a pickup the other day which unfortunately I had to cancel. I did so through the helpline an hour after the booking and was assured that the cancellation had been actioned. However on checking my bank statement this morning I found that the payment had been deducted. No contact as yet from DHL to say that a refund is due.
