The DHL service is absolutely ridicolous, have been trying to arrange the pickup of a package for more then 2 weeks now.
They serisouly have issues as I recieved confirmation of the pickup many times, but the driver never turns up.
I am also told many times that they will re-arrange the pickup but never do and still waiting for response!
Do yourself a favour and choose an alternative.
