DHL tried to deliver parcel from Poland to Spain and failed to do it in time!
Parcel finally arrived to Spain after 12 (!!!!) days , and courier just came when we were not at home. so he took parcel back without even a CALL!!!!!!!!
Support have no option to offer - parcel return back , and then will be thrown!
they do not care about your parcels, they just care before the moment you pay - after that the will give you a list of support numbers, which never works !!!!
stay away from this fishing company!
