No sense of consideration to contact me, nor to forward me customs docs for clearing purposes. Very poor dedication to elimination of the DHL teams work tasks. We lost valuable production time, lost the orders, and customers during this down time. It was almost 3 weeks till we received our parts parcel. Although it reached Zambia 5 days from despatch out of China. I cannot advise our future suppliers to use this service for urgent matters.
