I was supposed to receive a parcel on the 28th December and it was delivered to an incorrect address and DHL was unable to reclaim the parcel that they had delivered to the wrong address. What a total waste of time. Do not use this company as the drivers as some driver are incompetent and do not actually deliver according to a postal address.
