Ordered a dress from overseas worth Rs 4758 the parcel reached the customs in india..
Import duty was Only Rs 800(aprrox) but more than 1500 was charged by DHL on account of handling charges...
They are charging too much money on account of handling charges...
Befooling customers by getting KYC form for the customs..
