The claims team do not honour there policy. your items are not covered if you send via DHL.
Speak to any DHL representative down the phone and they will all say "we know the claims process isn't any good and we are looking into it" DHL are aware that if they loose or damage your item, they will not compensate you.
DO NOT USE DHL FOR ANYTHING OF VALUE - you have been warned
