I arranged with the seller from Amazon for a return via DHL. I waited all day and no one attended. When I chased this up I was told the driver did attend but this was a complete lie as I had been at home all day. They then wanted me to drop the parcel off. I mentioned no one had attended as I have a Eufy smart door bell and this also showed this.
For the poo customer service and lie about attempting I have provided negative feedback.
