Parcel due 27/7/2023. Didn't arrive. Driver said he left card. Unfortunately he was NOT seen posting it on cctv. And the card never arrived. Parcel now due 31/72023 sent from USA costing a ridiculous amount. No real people to talk to, only A.I .Finally got someone on twitter who was told where the parcel was in the UK. Maidstone to be exact. After being told next working day today 28/7/2023 now waiting until 31/72023
Unacceptable Extortionate Unfair and you are due to fail as a company not interested in the public. OUTRAGEOUS.
