This is unacceptable.” Their reply “According to my system, this package is on hold because the facility scheduled the delivery for (Oct 9th) just to advise you the on hold is not any problem is just to avoid any extra movement besides the delivery the package doesn't have any problem for this on hold, my advice is to keep monitoring mydhl.com because as soon as the package is on the courier's vehicle you would receive the update on the website. Is there something else that I can help you with” The package in question was in Tucson on 4 October. Then on hold for 5 days. Oh and the 9th is a holiday. I wouldn’t let them ship air.
