Never again will I use DHL.
DHL express India is the biggest scam ever. I sent my parcel via express shipping so it could reach on time for my friends birthday. They do everything in their power to keep the parcel as long as possible. Not get it through clearance and then charge warehouse fees. Also, they asked for more and more money in three separate installments. They claimed some of this as DHL fees and some as customs duty/tax. It is impossible that the customs duty is twice the amount of the actual items in the parcel. Do not use their services. Ever.
