DHL ecommerce is terrible!! I ordered an item from a merchant and was provided a tracking number. I tracked it and there were no updates for 4 days. I contacted DHL ecommerce and was told I'd have to contact the merchant!! Unbelievable!! They have the package but you need to call the merchant to to get an update if any! Imagine UPS, USPS or FedEx telling you to contact the supplier to track a package that they have!! This company is incompetent and refuses to take ownership for items in their position. Stay away from DHL ecommerce as much as possible! BUYER BEWARE!!
