I was waiting in for my delivery which I was given a hour time slot delivery and I was home all day so I was totally fuming when I received an email saying “sorry we missed you “ .
According to then email the delivery driver said I was not in!!!!
I then tried to contact DHL but could not speak to a human so hence could not complain about the poor work attitude of the driver who obviously didn’t want to be bothered delivering my package.
Would not even give DHL one star more like -1 😡
