Terrible, We've ordered express and it has arrived 2 weeks later. They were 1 week late and it was kept in customs because they didn't have our name despite us and the providers telling them 5 TIMES our name. They came to our house earlier today and with the parcel in their hands said: "We don't have the name so we can't give it to you." A disgrace, an absolute joke, will never order a parcel that DHL will deliver AGAIN! If there were an option for 0 star, I would give it.
