DHL are useless. I bought several items from John Lewis being sent in multiple packages. I was sent a delivery slot. I had some errands to run and could do them well before the delivery slot. DHL tried to deliver 1.5 hours before the delivery slot when I wasn’t at home. I’ve tried multiple times to rearrange the delivery but there are technical problems and errors apparently. Now I have absolutely no idea how I will get my packages.
