The delivery of parcel was scheduled for today. I saw in my window how DHL car passed my house (didn't even stop!) and status of delivery changed to - parcel can't be delivered! DHL customer service replied that courier could not find me. Is is joke? I am at home all the day, my phone is on. They just don't want to work.
