A minus 5 would be what I’d give this joke of a company - why tell you right upto 7.30pm collections going to happen to meet the 10.30am service I paid for. Then at 8pm nobody’s coming - to late to use alternative!! No email, no reply within 4 hrs stated on Facebook - I think the same guy that did the wonks experience in Glasgow must run this company!! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
