They claim they tried to deliver today at 5:45, but since I have been home all day listening for the doorbell--and actually with my driveway area in my view at that hour-- specifically to receive the parcel, their claim is either a lie, or they went to the wrong house. And since their representative said since their drivers do use GPS, there is almost no way they could have gone to the wrong house.
Their website had a means for me to give them my email to be notified when the parcel is out for delivery and to let me know when it was delivered. I gave my email requesting both those services--but was never notified.
If your parcel requires a signature at delivery: Based upon my experience with them--and their terrible reputation in these reviews, DO NOT EVER WAIVE THAT RIGHT BY AUTHORIZING THEM TO DELIVER WITHOUT YOUR SIGNATURE!
