Honestly I've been using dhl for 4 years weekly and up until recently never had any issues.
For some reason I pay top dollar for delivery and it's being delivered by Australia post.
My latest delivery had been sent to the wrong side of the country and was supposed to be here last week. Now apparently I'll get it some time in the next week or so. Absolutely ridiculous
