Spent 2 days waiting for packages that were reported as 'undeliverable due to closure' when no truck ever came to my home either day. Good luck attempting to contact anyone who knows anything, they just parrot prewritten apologies and have zero clue into who has a package, where it is or most importantly why it wasn't delivered.
