I own an apparel and sports clothing business that works with manufacturers specifically in China. I have had a package stuck in US Customs for over 10 days now and another package stuck in US Customs for 3 days.
When contacting DHL Customer Support, I have been met with nothing but ignorance and no accountability. One customer support agent handed me off to another, which never got back to me. The help has been terrible and I still do not have my package. I got hung up on when on the phone earlier today with a support agent.
